Manager of Crew Resource - Kansas City

Executive AirShare is seeking a Crew Resource Coordinator to join our Flight Control team in Kansas City to create and maintain fractional and managed pilots’ monthly rotations.

Summary of primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain fractional and managed pilots’ monthly rotations
  • Assist Flight Operations in determining pilot staffing for fractional and managed groups
  • Analyze trip schedule in order to maintain a balance of flights among the flight crew, taking into consideration total number of days away from home and length of flights
  • Analyze trip schedules in order to minimize aircraft and pilot relocations and optimize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and Director of Scheduling to ensure pilot duty assignments and pilot monthly schedules meet Company goals regarding pilot utilization and FAR compliance
  • Track utilization of each pilot and report results to Chief Pilot and Director of Scheduling
  • Track and record non-standard crewing and report to Accounting and Human Resources departments for pilot payroll processing
  • Review FAR’s and Scheduling Policies at each Basic Indoc and Recurrent Ground Schools
  • Manage Crew Logistics, Day Count and Crew Alignment spreadsheets
  • Maintain and update all fractional and managed aircraft and crew on the US Overflight list
  • Coordinate with the training department to schedule line training events and adjust pilot off days as needed
  • Manage pilot vacation awarding process
  • Night and weekend on-call is required and should be expected
  • Perform other duties and assignments, as require

A and P Mechanic-Kansas City and Buffalo

Executive AirShare is seeking an A&P Mechanic to conduct or assist with all inspections and repairs on aircraft and aircraft sub assemblies.  The mechanic will provide required documentation, billing, regulatory and other administrative tasks in adherence to the company, customer and FAA policies.


Director of Aviation-Buffalo, NY

Executive AirShare is seeking a Director of Aviation to oversee the Company’s regional aircraft operations and facility while representing the company in the highest professional manner. Assists with the development and oversight of department policies and procedures in collaboration with the flight operations department. Assists with preparing annual operating budgets that include operating expenses, facilities, supplies, personnel, training, and capital expenses. Maintains the highest level of safety, service and standards for the regional operation.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Oversee and act as the primary operations contact to the BUF regional operation
  • Compliance with FAR’s and Company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee evaluation and coaching as needed to ensure a professional environment.
  • Support the team as needed to ensure consistent level of customer service and proper company protocol.
  • Performs pilot-in-command or second-in-command duties, as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with all FAA regulations and company quality standards
  • Performs necessary pre-flight and post-flight activities.
  • Performs duties in a safe and reliable manner while maintaining professional and courteous manner.
  • Reports and records all required
  • Supports sales and marketing departments as needed.
  • Ensures professional communication between flight control, aircare, pilots, and maintenance.
  • Ensures that the interior and exterior of the aircraft meet Company appearance standards.
  • Be available to discuss any questions managed aircraft owners may have regarding their aircraft in a timely and complete manner in concert with the Director of Managed Aircraft.
  • Ensures and verifies that Company flight operations are conducted in accordance with applicable FARs, TSA Directives and Company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that all required aircraft documentation are revised and current in all aircraft.
  • Acts as the Company’s liaison with NFTA and TSA for the BUF region.


Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, hold an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with appropriate type ratings, a First Class Medical certificate, and a minimum of 2,000 flight hours, including 500 turbojet is preferred. 2 years’ experience as Pilot-in-Command of an aircraft operated under Part 121 or 135 preferred. Must have at least 3 year supervisory or managerial experience within the last 5 years. Extremely strong analytical, problem-solving skills and business acumen. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills. Team player is essential. Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
