This position will assist in the coordination of flight crew schedules, including training, checkrides, and FAA compliance in order to effectively meet aircraft owner and sales demonstration and/or charter operation purposes. Duties will include creating and maintaining fractional and managed pilots’ monthly schedules; coordinating with schedulers to oversee daily crewing of pilots; oversee crew flight duty time reports based on FAR Parts 91k and 135; coordinating the managed aircraft pilots’ schedule with the Director of Managed Aircraft; proactively coordinate pilot vacation needs with Base Managers and training needs with the Director of Training; assist or coordinate projects assigned by the Director of Scheduling; and perform other duties and assignments, as required.

This position will oversee the Company’s compliance to FAA regulations and Company policies in regard to flight, crew, and maintenance. Will also oversee the Company’s safety program and act as the liaison between the Company and the FAA. Position will also develop, update, and maintain FAA compliance by instituting policies, processes, and standard procedures. Will monitor and advise the Director of Operations on operator safety activities that may have an impact on flight and ground safety. Position will develop and oversee the Company’s Safety Committee, as well as the Company’s Emergency Response Plan. Will work with the Director of Maintenance to assure compliance with FARs on the 135 and 145 certificates. Other duties will include OSHA compliance and other duties and assignments, as required.

Comply with schedules and other directives governing the operation of the aircraft; professionally perform full range of aircraft flight assignments and duties of Pilot-In-Command or Second-In-Command as required; report and record all required documentation; provide excellent customer service to passengers; be familiar with and follow all Federal Aviation Regulations and company Standard Operation Procedures; must be willing to travel on short notice as needed.
