KANSAS CITY, Mo. and WICHITA, Kan. (July 18, 2008) --- Executive AirShare, a regional fractional aircraft ownership company based in Kansas City, Mo., today announced that the company's facility at Wichita Mid-Continent Airport (ICT) is now an FAA-Certified Part 145 Repair Station, which authorizes the company to perform all airframe and power plant maintenance and repairs on its fleet of aircraft as a certified repair station.
Executive AirShare employs a staff of five technicians at its Wichita facility, all of whom receive annual training at FlightSafety International and are authorized to perform all manufacturer's recommended maintenance and repair procedures on the company's Hawker Beechcraft aircraft. Additionally, the Executive AirShare team will soon begin maintenance training on Embraer Phenom 100 aircraft.
Executive AirShare holds firm orders for 28 Embraer Phenom 100 aircraft, with deliveries scheduled to begin in Summer 2009, with options on 12 additional Phenom 100 aircraft. The company also holds four firm orders and four options for Phenom 300 light jet aircraft, making Executive AirShare the only established fractional aircraft ownership company to offer Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 aircraft.
