KANSAS CITY, Mo. and ORLANDO, Fla., October 7, 2008 --- Robert D. Taylor, chairman and chief executive officer, Executive AirShare Corporation, today announced that the Kansas City, Mo.-based fractional aircraft company has acquired Flight Services Company, an aircraft management company based at Fort Worth Meacham International Airport (FTW), which will be renamed Executive Flight Services, Incorporated.

Executive Flight Services manages eight jet and turboprop aircraft and maintains office, hangar and maintenance facilities, as well as a full-time staff of pilots, at Meacham Airport. The company was founded in 1992, and has operations at Meacham Airport in Ft. Worth and at Dallas' Love Field (DAL).  In December 2007, Flight Services was awarded the National Business Aviation Association's (NBAA) Corporate Business Flying Safety Award for the sixteenth consecutive year.

"This acquisition allows us to expand our capabilities by offering a wide range of services with the whole aircraft management business and by gaining access to maintenance support and hangars facilities as we continue our rapid growth in Texas."

Executive AirShare holds firm orders for 28 Embraer Phenom 100 aircraft, with deliveries scheduled to begin in Summer 2009, with options on 12 additional Phenom 100 aircraft.
