KANSAS CITY, Mo. and ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 7, 2008 -- Robert D. Taylor, chairman and chief executive officer of Executive AirShare Corporation, today announced that the Kansas City, Mo.-based fractional aircraft company has acquired Ft. Worth, Texas-based FSJet Limited.

FSJet Limited holds an order with Embraer for 14 Phenom 100 aircraft, some of which have been pre-sold. The pre-sold aircraft will be managed by Executive Flight Services, Incorporated, a Ft. Worth-based aircraft management company recently acquired by Executive AirShare. The unsold aircraft will be inventoried for the Executive AirShare fractional ownership program or sold outright and managed by Executive Flight Services.

  "Interest in the Embraer Phenom has been strong and is building with announcement of FAA certification imminent.  In discussions with prospective Phenom buyers, it has become clear to me that there are probably more companies and individuals whose transportation needs are better suited to fractional ownership than whole aircraft ownership.  One exciting aspect of teaming up with Executive AirShare is that we will now be in a position to offer whichever ownership option best suits the client's needs," said Troy Welch, President of FS Jet Ltd. "Some existing flight departments are even finding that the best solution is to have a fractional share to back up their primary aircraft."

Executive AirShare now holds firm orders for 43 Embraer Phenom 100 aircraft, with deliveries scheduled to begin in Summer 2009, with options on 12 additional Phenom 100 aircraft. The company also holds six firm orders and four options for Phenom 300 light jet aircraft, making Executive AirShare the only established fractional aircraft ownership company to offer Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 aircraft.
