Executive AirShare Hires Steve Dwerlkotte as Regional Sales Director for OK & KS

OKLAHOMA CITY, March 31, 2008--- Executive AirShare President and Chief Operating Officer Keith D. Plumb today announced that the Kansas City, Mo.-based fractional aircraft ownership company has named Steve Dwerlkotte as regional sales director, responsible for helping business executives in Oklahoma and Kansas take advantage of Executive AirShare's unique business aircraft ownership program.

Dwerlkotte has more than 30 years' experience in aviation and business management and most recently served as president of Bethany, Okla.-based Jet Service Enterprises, Inc., where he helped double sales and expanded the company's operations during his five-year tenure.  A Certified Public Accountant, he has also served in senior management positions with companies in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.

Dwerlkotte currently serves as vice chairman of the Oklahoma Aviation Alliance and is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Wichita State University.

"Steve's aviation background and his experience running successful businesses enable him to help executives make the most of their aircraft investment," said Plumb. "We look forward to Steve assisting area companies with evaluating and discovering  the many benefits of our regional fractional ownership programaft."

Executive AirShare is the largest Central United States based fractional aircraft company, with a fleet of 15 aircraft including four Beechjet 400As, five Super King Air 350s, five King Air C90Bs and a Beechcraft Baron.  Additionally, the company holds firm orders for ten Embraer Phenom 100 and two Phenom 300 aircraft for deliveries beginning in 2010.

Executive AirShare's fractional ownership plan is unique in that its owners are provided with use of the aircraft for an entire day, unlike national ownership plans that fly multiple clients to different locations on the same day on the same aircraft.  By assigning an aircraft to only one owner per day, Executive AirShare is able to adapt to changes in owners' schedules, offering complete flexibility and convenience.

Founded in 2001, Executive AirShare is based at Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport in Kansas City, Mo., and also operates out of Wichita, Kan., Tulsa, Okla., Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas.  For more information about the company and its services, contact Keith Plumb at (816) 221-7200 or log onto the company's web site at www.execairshare.com.
