KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 22, 2008 --- Executive AirShare today announced that the Kansas City, Mo.-based fractional aircraft ownership company has named Tida M. Allen as it's regional scheduling manager, overseeing flight crew, aircraft scheduling and customer service for owners in and around Kansas City.

Ms. Allen will be based at Kansas City's Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport (MKC) and joins Executive AirShare from BBA Signature's (Executive Beechcraft) fixed base operation (FBO) at MKC, where she served in a wide range of responsibilities for more than 15 years.  Among her most recent duties was coordinating aircraft and crew assignments for a fleet of 21 aircraft, 28 full-time and five part-time pilots. Allen received her corporate scheduler/dispatcher certificate from FlightSafety International in 2002.

Executive AirShare currently operates a fleet of 15 aircraft - four Beechjet 400A, five Super King Air 350, five King Air C90B and a Beechcraft Baron - and has 32 pilots. Additionally, the company holds firm orders for ten Embraer Phenom 100 and four Phenom 300 aircraft for deliveries beginning in 2010.

Executive AirShare's fractional ownership plan is unique in that its owners are provided with use of the aircraft for an entire day, unlike national ownership plans that fly multiple clients to different locations on the same day on the same aircraft.  By assigning an aircraft to only one owner per day, Executive AirShare is able to adapt to changes in owners' schedules, offering complete flexibility and convenience.
