Executive AirShare is a family oriented and customer service focused fractional operator, offering ownership and share leasing programs for business and leisure travelers in Phenom 300, Phenom 100, Learjet 45XR, Cessna CJ2+ and King Air 350 aircraft. We are seeking skilled individuals to join our growing team which helps provide safe and efficient air transportation to our customers, to represent our company in a professional manner, and to deliver legendary customer service.

Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Overall job purpose is to coordinate the aircraft and flight crew schedules that effectively meet aircraft owner and sales demonstrations and/or charter operation purposes while developing strong working relationships with shareowners. The goal is to instill the utmost confidence and trust in the services of the Company while providing, safe, efficient, and professional services.

  • Verify each flight on certified aircraft meet FAR Part 135/91K regulations for legal crew, aircraft, and trip
  • Optimize aircraft and crew routings using sophisticated software
  • Send detailed trip itineraries to flight crews
  • Flight follow all Executive Air Share fractional and managed aircraft
  • Arrange trip logistical and service items as necessary to support client and crew
  • Arrange for landing and over-flight permits, clearances, ground handling, security needs, customs for domestic and international destinations
  • Provide required documentation for and communicate with various government agencies for domestic and international destinations, including Customs and Immigration as applicable
  • Coordinate aircraft movement in concert with the Pilot in Command to ensure that all airspace and airport restrictions are complied with, and to ensure that all aircraft support services are available and notified
  • Reduce operating costs while maintaining high service levels
  • Advanced planning for aircraft and flight crew, including aircraft schedule demand and crew training
  • Provide executive level customer service to internal and external customers
  • Night and weekend on-call is required and should be expected

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Prior business/executive aircraft scheduling experience preferred, but will train an ideal candidate without prior experience.

Fuel Specialist - Kansas City

Summary of primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Regularly update and negotiate fuel pricing at locations with rate agreements
  • Direct Flight Control to ensure proper execution of pricing, vendor setups, and billing
  • Audit itineraries for fuel pricing accuracy
  • Represent the company to contract fuel vendors and FBO’s, and evaluate options
  • Suggest fuel purchases and upload quantities to itineraries

OBJECTIVE:

To greet and assist customers, vendors, or other visitors, provide clerical support for the office.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answers and directs all incoming phone calls.
  • Records and relays phone messages.
  • Transfers calls to appropriate person, which may be local or at another base location.
  • Demonstrates professional manner while answering or referring inquiries.

Job Purpose:

To generate qualified leads for Executive AirShare, to aid and support Sales Directors in the closing of new business, and to support the general administration of the Sales Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all sales support functions with Sales team

Summary of primary duties and responsibilities

Assists Maintenance Department Administrator and performs scheduled maintenance on aircraft, as assigned.

  • Participates in preplanning briefing to ensure complete understanding of the project work scope, man-hour availability, and projected completion date.

Must meet the experience requirement of CFR 65.83, and have minimum of  5 years’ experience working on turbine powered aircraft, preferred models: Embraer Phenom 100 and 300,and Legacy 550, Cessna Citation 525A, 560, and 750, Textron King Air 350i Pro Line and Fusion Avionics packages. Working knowledge of FAR parts 43, 65, 91,135 and 145 relating to maintenance and mechanics. IA and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills. Team player is essential. Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
